still hurting six hours from now, possibly because i am sitting too long in the recliner with the head not resting back, possible because i am sitting too long typing at the laptop, possible because the blood pressure is high again, possibly due to the spicy meat meal i cooked early (lots of salt in it from pinnaple mango sauce, duck sauce, ketchup, and garlic salt... not to mention the cheese topping) and possibly whatever... it hurts and is distracting and makes continuing the babbling uncomfortable and that sucks when i am in the mood to babble... guess i should try other sitting positions and maybe some resting and exercise and so on... laying down and sleeping might help as i am going on 23 hours awake again...
this should probably oughta be a meaningless complaint, but i've already filed two of those today and there are no charms when it comes to those, ya know?... laughing all the way...

If people had visible signs or meters that told something about them, what would you want it to tell you?
