not ready for prime time

or reality, that is... it become kind of obvious when i decided to pull myself out of the game in the second inning because i was being clobbered like i hadn't been clobbered in a very very long time, like years... it did not help that we had a very weak and very slow outfield and all of our weakest batters were there, but for me to see more than 10 runs go on the board for the other team before the end of the second inning is very rare and so i switched out with second base and she was hit just as hard, but got them to settle down after the third when they already had 17 runs and we were still hitting like crap... actually, now that i think of it i gave up no runs in the first (ump mentioned that) but a few dropped balls and a wild throw gave up three runs... so it was the second inning that was out of control and the lack of fielding and poor throws had a lot to do with it, but that just goes to show my head was so not in it... so we lost our first game something like 18-8 but we woke up for the second game and won something like 12-7 and i played second which i should have enjoyed but i did not do great being sluggish and out of it was pretty sloppy at second misjudging two balls because i was too tired and distracted by blues to bend properly and life is seriously sad at the moment and yeah, not ready for prime time
