continued sleeplessness

unintentionally i am getting much less sleep since i stopped working than i got before... stress is part of it, certainly, but the main reason is my nocturnal clock has no reason to wake early so the energy rises as midnight approaches and there i am cruising all night... harpo doesn't help, calling when i am nodding off... it's like he has a sixth sense or something... facebook surely doesn't help, always offering another brief conversation or opportunity to put a few words together in some vain attempt to be wise enough to help someone or even save the world (dreamers dream, after all)... all those likes can become addictive to an attention starved psyche seeking external evidence of self-worth, ya know?...

yes, so while i was getting as close as i'd ever been to an average of seven to eight hours sleep in the past year or so, i was already reducing that in october and so far this month i am averaging maybe 2 hours a night, which is certainly not good for the body (as such limited sleep inhibits regeneration, digestion, and can lead to organ failure) or the mind (as clarity requires more sleep than this)... i really ought to put a will together to make it easier for jackson (who else am i going to leave everything to, after all)... sleeplessness an also lead to darker thoughts...

someone save my life tonight?...
