writing and sleeping, the two most important things for me to do right now... and exercise would be wise, but even staying physically alive is secondary to writing and sleeping for what good is living if the mind is so tired it is cloudy groggy caught in a quagmire of confusion that could trip perspective into an abyss of depression... of course, from my perspective to this point in this life experience, there is no good reason to end a life as long as there is a chance of changing even the worst quality of life (and there's always hope)... so write and sleep... keep the words flowing until the words guide me through the challenges and help me find the positive perspective that is somewhere inside... every experience, no matter hos sad or painful or frightening or traumatic, is a learning opportunity...
idle time and an idle mind are not friends when hurting... alone can be challenging too, but unless someone really knows me, i'm better off alone sometimes as superficial sharing is more depressing than being alone...
still, it is easier said than done...
sigh...

If people had visible signs or meters that told something about them, what would you want it to tell you?
