updated 12:56pm... and in the yahoo league where i finished third at 9-5 closing the season with a 3 game winning streak and i am in the playoffs, but the top two teams are stronger and julio jones is out for me this week, so it's a toss up for me... the #1 team (who plays #4 this week) is 11-3 (losing two of their games to a 5-9 team which shows anything can happen any given week) and dominating most weeks... four of my five losses were to playoff teams (two to #1) and one was to that same team who beat the #1 team twice, go figure... i split with the 2nd place team who i play this week, winning the last meeting in week 12, but that was with a healthy jones... fantasy football truly is a lot of luck and many flukes decide a season, but i was picked to win the league by the yahoo computers based on my draft... though jimmy graham and the seattle defense were extremely disappointing this year and i wasted 2nd and 7th round picks on them respectively, not to mention my fourth pick on zac stacy (fifth pick le'veon bell wasn't bad)... I lucked out that someone dropped Tom Brady and i was able to grab him off the waiver wire as nick foles who i picked in the 8th round and tony romo, who i picked in round 12, were not my favorite quarterbacks but i went for other positions in the draft... i dropped my 6th, 8th, 11th, 12th, 13th, 14th, 15th, and 16th picks along the way...
eddie lacy has been disappointing a lot of weeks and other draft picks, larry fitzgerald, mike wallace, ray rice, stephen jackson, eric decker, and cecil shorts (who was my last pick) were disappointments... but here we are still in it in the semi-finals and the computer says it's a toss up estimating both of us to get 120 points this week, for what the computer estimates are worth... just need my players to have a better week than his players and that is what fantasy football is about...

musical distractions
If people had visible signs or meters that told something about them, what would you want it to tell you?
dumb poll (above), smart responders
all the previous poll votes were somehow erased, so, nevermind... ironically or coincidentally or whatever, the results were very close in practical numbers to the results above shown with just three votes, if you understand the mathematics behind that extrapolative reasoning... i will probably remove the poll at some point... it is a ridiculously useless feature...
SEARCH ME
the thing is, with my tendency to babble and meander and whine and allow distraction to take the lead more often than not, even in this blog that sort of meant to merge brevity with focus like some bloggers do, searching for key words does not always lead to specific information about the subject of that key word... but... here is a start at an easy way to search for key words in this blog... use the search box at the top of the blog to search for words not listed here... if ya wanna, that is... and feel free to suggest words to add to this search shortcut section... click on the words below :)
WORK ... JOB ... MUSIC ... LOVE ... SOFTBALL ... KA ... 42 ... LOL ... LAM ... LAA ... ... ... ...
