getting past the first few days of the sudden change of food consumption was challenging as all the physical withdrawal aspects hit hard, though i did nhot stop caffeine so it could have been much more painful... after five days and evenings the restricted diet of tuna, salmon, chicken, and salad took 10 pounds off this body, but tonight, the sixth night, the hunger returned... it is mind over matter, putting off the hunger all week, but tonight it is an emotional hunger... if i was wise i would have let myself fall asleep earlier after eating tuna, salmon, and peas but i somehow woke up and hunger calls... i ate asparagus...
it is loneliness... the past five nights i was too tired and busy to feel the loneliness hunger but the end of the standard work week (not that i don't still work 24/7) usually brings a celebratory hunger and this week is no different so calling all will power, calling all will power... all in all, after a week of doing great, i did good...
and getting very sleepy finally in spite of the challenge...

If people had visible signs or meters that told something about them, what would you want it to tell you?

all the previous poll votes were somehow erased, so, nevermind... ironically or coincidentally or whatever, the results were very close in practical numbers to the results above shown with just three votes, if you understand the mathematics behind that extrapolative reasoning... i will probably remove the poll at some point... it is a ridiculously useless feature...
