fantasy football playoff update

so far after the first games (the espn league is going as expected so whatever, ya know? lol) in the yahoo league i am leading in the semi-final game 118.98 to 43.20 and with what is left, the odds are extremely high (yahoo says 100%) that i will be in the championship... of course no fat lady is singing yet, so i am not counting those yahoo chickens... i will not know for sure until tomorrow as his last player, matt forte, plays in the monday night game... i have monday night player (tight end graham) but it won't matter if he doesn't get 80 points more from his running back, tight end, and defense that i get from my tight end and kicker so he may need about 100 points from those three positions, which may never have happened in the same week for the same team in the history of fantasy football (though anything is possible)... yeah, so i have a tight end (graham) and a kicker (bailey) left who are two of the top performers... he's got a tight end (gates), a defense (philadelphia), and a running back (forte) left and they have not been performing well this year... as it is any given sunday, buffalo was the biggest factor for my likely win as they held his quarterback, aaron rodgers, to under ten points... my only mistake so far was not realizing johnny manziel was making his first start ever against a good cinncinati pass defense so josh gordon was not going to get points (and he didn't)... my best move may have been to sit the seattle defence and play the baltimore defence (who i picked up six weeks again simply because they were going against jacksonville this week and that worked great out...

anything is possible, but it looks good for me to be playing in the championship game against the guy who has dominated the league this season, though there is always a chance he can be beat... i will need a phenomenal week even better than this one to beat him... any given sunday :)
