for twenty or thirty seconds today i had heart attack symptoms... radiating pain in the center of the chest... sudden clammy chill on the arms... slight wooziness... and then it was gone... the prelude to the big one tonight in my sleep?... of course it could have been indigestion... there was no radiating pain to the arm, no labored or shallow breathing, and the pain may have been anxiety or stress or fatigue or anything... indigestion, even... but the thought of leaving my desk and seeking medical testing did cross my mind... didn't though... not even a check of blood pressure... fool?... perhaps... i would really rather not die and leave jackson in her current state of dependence on me... sigh... and there are so many unfinished entries and tales to be told...
maybe ravioli and meatballs was not the best choice for dinner tonight... but hey, i sure wouldn't want salad as a last meal...

If people had visible signs or meters that told something about them, what would you want it to tell you?

all the previous poll votes were somehow erased, so, nevermind... ironically or coincidentally or whatever, the results were very close in practical numbers to the results above shown with just three votes, if you understand the mathematics behind that extrapolative reasoning... i will probably remove the poll at some point... it is a ridiculously useless feature...
