chocolate cappuccino

that's what my management team bought me for xmas, chocolate cappuccino and two different chocolate syrup flavorings and a travel mug (not a cheap one) and a pack of gourmet hot chocolate and that showed appreciation and attentiveness and that was an even better gift than the gift which makes the cup 'o joe next to me right now taste even better... i made it way too strong though and a half a cup has me bouncing around like a basketball in the hands of michael jordon... that is so not good for the blood pressure, which is insanely high and now that i finally decided to take it seriously (and actually take it and face the numbers) enough to make two appointments with two different doctors (choosing the right doctor means shopping, even if my insurance company doesn't like it and might not even support it and force me to pay for the additional visits myself), i must face the fact that good sense (according to modern medical knowledge of the current times) suggests (strongly) that i cut out coffee, caffeine, salt, and maybe even chocolate (what?... i didn't hear that) and many other things that simply would leave life less amazing, so we shall see what happens but at least tonight for the first time i stopped (so far) at half a cup (of what may be the strongest cappuccino anyone's ever made)...

so yeah, i'm buzzing a bit...
