some sort of fuzzy wuzzy weirdy feeling as sleep did not come last night as i started feeling deeply early in the evening and then jackson got home and i bounced around to communicate as i hadn't seen her in three days but she went right to bed so i ate and then watched tv and that kept me awake and then i layed back and closed my eyes and all sorts of work thoughts popped up and i sat up and started playing chess against chess titans and suddenly it was time to go to work and i sat here playing two hours longer and did not go in when i was planning to but got some of the stuff done i wanted to get done even though my new supervisor sat in on the meeting interrupting and distracting from the agenda which was full so it could have been better and hopefully the managers got the messages and my expectations were clear but two bosses trying to run a meeting seldom turns out better than one so i'll have another meeting with them some time this week and hopefully there won't be much push back...

not getting any sleep probably helped as i just sat there listening much of the time...
