bubbles bursting in brain

well that's the way it feels, though thank goodness it may not actually be happening cuz that could be bad... strokes are only good for coxswain and other body parts... and puppies, puppies like strokes... but the brain, not the place for bubbles, especially not bursting ones...

so da code is interferring with breathing and generally being a not-gross person to be around so much that i decided to stay home from work today and i would consider that tomorrow if i did not have a huge quarterly corporate meeting to attend... i will do my best to not exhibit symptoms... pity the fools assigned to sit next to me, or at my table... yes, i will be in a huge room with a hundred fifty or so others, at least... cepacol extra strength sore throat and cough suckers are not helping... i detest medication that interfers with the body's natural immune responses so i rarely take anything, but when i am a head full of mucous struggling not to cough i might take some sort of suppressent while sitting in a room with many people around me... i wonder if this is a reaction to the softball bruising the calf in some way... the body depanding rest when it knows the brain would not give it without some extreme movement-prevention reaction... could so many of the antibodies and energies that repair and maintain good health have rushed to the leg that it left the head open for common cold bug attack?... science is such a fun place to send the imagination...

and while da pain and da hunger may not be driving me home, it is bringing this babbling to a pause in spite of the wish to not eat for ten days due to bloatedness, so carry on in your own way until i get back...
