don't start the games

yeah, that's not a good idea if i want to sleep cuz if i start playing games, chess, spades, any game at all, i will loose track of time and find myself still playing as the sun rises and then, semi-dysfunctional the rest of the day because sleep is a necessary part of human life and i am in this human body which i would like to keep alive just a little bit longer if only cuz jackson and the kids and the hundred plus folk at work need me for the moment... yeah, i know, don't stay alive just for me, she'd say... if only she'd see how that is like saying, so die already, even without meaning to... anyway, the directive to not open any games is here and clear and sort of being toyed with in the brain cuz the brain wants more stimulation (the brain is lonely) and more distraction (the brain is trying to repress or suppress aspects of real life as it is, home and away) and some other stuff too...

i could eat, comfort food or not, but that would be even worse in the long run as the weight loss concept is fading too much as it is in the past week or so, so not even a tall glass of chocolate milk even though that is calling my name... luckily the back has me relatively immobile at the moment, tonight, even, so i am fairly safe from the taste bud cravings... i am pretty dry and would like some water, but alas, the immobility is helping the back so i'll drink in the morning... besides, more fluid would just increase the likelihood of the bladder demanding a walk to the bathroom and that doesn't go well with the immobility orders from the back, so let's just hope something else comes along to distract me... hello?... hello?... hello?... is anybody out there?...
