sometimes lonely

so i typed a few words into the google search engine in the hopes of finding a remedy and found that the concept of loneliness is the same as it ever was... here are ten articles about being lonely on the internet and there is some content in the articles that i can relate to and some reflect the truth as i know it well but mostly it's ok, so what's the point... most lonely people seem to think something is wrong as if loneliness is some sort of illness and there are so many complications and excuses and such helplessness that i wonder if people who are chronically lonely actually choose to be because they find some comfort in feeling lonely that they find more secure than the risks of actually interacting and getting close to others... i love my alone time and seldom get enough when i am working as i am these days... but i would like someone to curl up with and someone who really wanted to know me and share everything in both of our lives... i ask for too much, i mean, share everything... people seem so afraid to do that and mostly i'd rather not settle for less...

i am alone because i am tired of human fears and insecurities and prejudices and confusions and delusions... i am looking for someone who knows herself and knows she does not know much else, always wanting to share and learn more not due to some deficiency within but for the love of sharing and caring and giving and living... someone who is open and honest and does not let fear get in their way with nothing to prove... no delusions or pretenses... someone happy alone and happy to share... know anyone?...

i'll be right here waiting, ya know?...
