i mean, how many times have i titled an entry naps are good anyway, huh?... must be a few times, at least... and the beautiful sunshiney day is still out there so all the windows are open and i'm heading into a shower and heading out for a while... feeling a little better which is a great sign since i did that long two hour walk last night... not hungry, but should eat, but nothing light and easy in the house... taking a vitamin, multi and b-complex with c and hoping there will be no kidney reaction or residual sediment in the urine... i stopped taking them, especially the b-complex, cuz it darkens urine and i wanted to be sure the urine was lightening (no blood) before going back to the b-complex)... the fields manager says two of the three fields are playable so we should be playing softball later today and i need to get some stuff (what me, spend money?... sheesh) out in the world like food and tape for the bat...

If people had visible signs or meters that told something about them, what would you want it to tell you?
