temperature at 63 degrees definitely brings a sweet coolness to the air and the sun is shining bright and the fields for the afternoon league have still not cancelled games, so there is a chance we will play this afternoon... the body can use some more sleep (after all, i got back from a two hour walk after 3am last night and was up a couple of more hours at least) so i am gonna lay back down and let the body rest and let the brain decide if sleep is where it wants to go...

If people had visible signs or meters that told something about them, what would you want it to tell you?
