i definitely live and perceive and belong on the fringe of humanity... and the fringe television show provides a character i want to relate to... in so many ways i am very much like walter bishop, except i do not get to do as many drugs... which brings a though out of today's sad events... consider how many people are in jail in the us for carrying or using drugs... pills and powders and solutions... hundreds of thousands, maybe millions... and then, consider how many people are in jail for carrying or using herbal drugs, marijuana the devil's weed... hundreds of thousands... compare that to the number of people in prison for carrying or using guns...
actually, i was not able to find such statistics... the statistics and the courts and the prisons and the government seem to keep detailed statistics on drug criminals, but not such detailed statistics on gun criminals... oh wait, that's because carrying a gun is legal, in most states you don't even have to do much to own one... but drugs, oh, they are so dangerous, we must arrest and jail everyone using them... unless of course they have a prescription... anyway, i remain on the fringe...
