it's been a while since i really felt the lonelies... i mean, they flitted around now and then and rose for fleeting moments from wherever they stay when there is enough social life around, but in the past few days the rise has been from deeper than it has been in many years and wow, it is a profoundly hungry feeling... i see why people make such irrational and self-destructive choices in their lives and relationships because even as stubbornly grounded as i am in self and reason and logic and so on, it is not easy to sit here and resist going out to find someone to get close to right now... yeah, wow, feelings are wonderful... the magic of conscious life... blind hunger, however, is dangerous... and who really understands the choices we make...
who shares the illusion i perceive?...

If people had visible signs or meters that told something about them, what would you want it to tell you?

all the previous poll votes were somehow erased, so, nevermind... ironically or coincidentally or whatever, the results were very close in practical numbers to the results above shown with just three votes, if you understand the mathematics behind that extrapolative reasoning... i will probably remove the poll at some point... it is a ridiculously useless feature...
