to the tune of i'm playing softball in the evening, no doubt... and so the traffic was ridiculous, sick even, and the batting cages provided good news, sort of... the arm hurt a bit, though the analgesic creme probably muted whatever pain there might have been and the sixty swings i took gave me some optimism about being able to hit with the damaged biceps... it would be a whole lot better if there was no pain, but at least the batting should not be detrimental to the team...
we shall go to the fields now, traffic allowing, and wrap up for the game and test the arm some more... hoping not to do any more serious or even permanent damage (drama queen) and more seriously, hoping to be able to play and continue playing...
hope...

If people had visible signs or meters that told something about them, what would you want it to tell you?

all the previous poll votes were somehow erased, so, nevermind... ironically or coincidentally or whatever, the results were very close in practical numbers to the results above shown with just three votes, if you understand the mathematics behind that extrapolative reasoning... i will probably remove the poll at some point... it is a ridiculously useless feature...
