movement needed, not just watching

yes, feeling the lethargy of the rain days and lack of exercise and the last two meals (higher protein and starch in the form of turkey burgers (second meat all week), bread (first bread all week), potatoes (first potatoes all week), peanut butter (first nuts all week), jelly (first sugars all week), and crackers (more bread) which definitely slows the metabolism inside and out when not combined with exercise)... yes, so more movement, definitely... it was a nice nap and now, up on my feet (still not sitting, which is definitely helping) and time to walk around while watching the tv i wanted to watch tonight... maybe outside later if the rains hold off...

basketball was good, irony perhaps, being that i spent a lot of this life living in brooklyn and brooklyn was playing chicago and the normal routine would be to root for my home town (but then, i didn't root for new york in their series because their attitudes and poor sportsmanship turned me off... acting like thugs on and off the court is a real turn off (boston would have taken them apart if rondo was healthy and they would have won if pierce didn't have such a horrible game)... that's why i don't like miami, though most of them are maturing and toning it down and getting more positive, their thug arrogant egocentric immaturity left a very bad taste in my mouth... so i root for chicago (jackson's home town) because they had three key starters injured and not playing and they won... i like underdogs...
