which is what the body needs and it seems to be working as the urine is clearer and the energy up a bit, though it feels like the battle goes on inside... still resisting the taste buds and hunger for grease and sugar and and spice, it was a peanut butter (light) and jelly on crackers for lunch/dinner... harpo helped, inadvertently, because he had already eaten when i called to see if he wanted to go out for a buffet... i was in a seafood mood... so i stayed in... unfortunately, i skipped breakfast and i feel the lethargy and slowing of the organs that brings on... multiple smaller meals each day, please...
more active friends in the very close local area would be helpful during these softball rainout weeks... there is basketball tonight and sci-fi tonight, though nobody i know nearby watches... so i think a nap and then, relaxing with the tv... anybody wanna come over, give me a call...

If people had visible signs or meters that told something about them, what would you want it to tell you?
