it's a dingleicious day

kind of all fluffy and shiney and bright and not just cuz of the xmas stuff all around, but that contributes to the dingle factor and the icious is helped alone by lunch (breakfast food) at first watch and the decision to choose one of the apartments to move to in january... we are rolling the dice on rent costs cuz they have come down in each of the last three weeks and currently have 8 available first floor 2-2 apartments (and a few second floor) and the odds are very much in our favor that they will not rent more than a few before the end of the year so we will check back again next week and hopefully they are the ame or lower price and we will likely decide on which of the available left in the first or second week of january, unless the news next week is rise in price...

it's like buying a lottery ticket... so far we would have paid just over $1000 more over the course of the lease for the same apartment if we took it two weeks ago when we first looked at them... hopefully we will save even more by holding out longer, but even if the rents went up some (which is against the odds), we still are in the saving zone... that's a big happy dingleicious smile around here :)

oh, and the world has not ended, that's good too...
