what dietary balance?

yes, after a week of balancing the diet (and possibly losing five or six pounds), i am eating chocolate... and dinner was taco bell... a #6, supreme... and a mexican pizza with sour cream... and two beefy nachos... and a mountain dew... yes, all bets were off... i almost didn't drink the mountain dew, but i recently gave in (when jackson wasn't looking... hey, it was her idea to stop at taco bell... she wanted comfort food... she tied me up and twisted my arms and stuffed the food down my throat, i swear it)... ok, it was jackson's idea to stop at taco bell... i frowned, but didn't fight it effectively, at all... and i was still hungry after it all cuz i did not drink the mountain dew (so no sugar rush) and i had not eaten all day (back to that dumb habit) or since walking the 10K and had just finished playing ball so... i ate the bell... and then drank the dew... and then, a few hours later, i cracked open the chocolate bunny jackson gave me last month that's been sitting next to me in the living room for almost a month (yes, i was so not pigging out for a little while there)... sheeesh, and i took vitamins earlier, sure, test all of the potential dietary causes of the kidney and digestive ailments all at once, how scientific of me... time to drink a liter or two of water...

ok, so tomorrow i start again, balance, eating multiple smaller meals... veggies... lean proteins... avoiding breads and heavy starches and sugars and limiting fats... going shopping for food tomorrow... i would go tonight, but i am gonna wake at 6:00am to help jackson wake up... the sugar rush has my nose running... hopefully the kidneys and digestive system will not over-react too much... please?...
