standing is good, walking better

yes, standing is better than sitting and walking is better than standing... this amazing revelation is coming to you as a public service self-improvement message... it's really kind of amazing how a change in habit can change perspective... i sit too much, there, it's out of the bag... the cat took it and chewed it up, but it's still clearly obvious even as it's hanging from the cat's mouth as the cat is running around place up the walls and across the ceiling (watch out for the fan, oooops, the cat went splat... hey it's my imaginary experience, go get your own if you don't like it... ok, note that no cats were injured in the making of this entry)...

i suppose i am responding favorably to the decision to move in here without jackson... she's been too busy or tired (and/or just avoiding) moving in and we've been here now almost three full months... i unpacked most of her room a bit after we moved in and it's puzzling, but she's just not into moving in or living here... and she hates clutter... anyway, i am putting things away without her and if she doesn't like how i moved us in she can say so or change it... hopefully she will communicate as i don't always like searching for stuff...

this standing and walking and moving around deal feels really good... much better than the sitting and browsing facebook and the internet for hours on end that i was doing for much of last month... and now, shower and heading out for dinner at harpo's... he's making chicken breast... i do not like chicken breast, primarily because i prefer juicier meat so dark meat and only a couple of cuts of steak the rare times i eat steak, but he probably doesn't remember me mentioning that every time he makes chicken breast so i'll mention it again today and enjoy the chicken breast cuz he was thoughtful enough to make dinner and invite me over... rain rain rain outside, sun is shining inside...
