pigging out tonight

yeah, so i ordered two dinners and two subs for delivery and they should be here in about 45 minutes and while waiting, i shall distract myself from waiting by babbling a bit... i should hae food for the weekend and the heck with dropping under 190 (i seem to have stalled there for a few months now, huh?... well, i was 191.4 this morning so at least i am not rising back up to the big fat bloated stage, aye?... that's a good sign... one of these days i will motivate myself to kick a three or four week calorie count again and drop under 180 and make the body and the doctor much happier, speaking of which, the doctor's office called to set up a check up so i ought to do that, but i had intended to go back under 180, but this weekend will not help get there, but putting off a check-up is not in the best interest of this body, especially since i am sensing the blood pressure medication is not doing all it should, so consider these things ok?... yes, i am writing all that to myself, sometimes you just are a spectator in this life i loosely call mine)...

where were we?... ah yes, food... yummy italian food... in an eggplant mood... eggplant parm dinner and eggplant rollatinni dinner so two salads come along and for breads and meant protein, a sausage pepper and onion parm sub and a meatball parm sub... they had no veal parm which is a thumbs up from the ethical corner of my head, but the taste buds go awwwwww, bummer... taste buds have no ethics whatsoever...

yeah, so anyway, that's the plan for tonight... and softball... the game is late, 8:45, so i have time to chow down, digest, try not to fall asleep, and get out there fully charged for softball... i took today off to nurture myself and it felt good, though there is still a world of work to do in the bedroom as clothes are everywhere cuz the wire rack shelves i use to store clothes collapsed and i do not feel like spending hours putting them back together all by myself (don't wanna be) at the moment... it must be done... not straining the back before softball is the good excuse not to do it... there is already enough tension in the back.... and i must get over the discomfort of the bedroom so i go back to sleeping in the bed instead of nodding in the recliner even though the recliner produces less lower back pain... aging bodies suck sometimes...

comfort food will be good tonight... how's youre life? :)
