yes, especially the music because that is part of me and i am missing the parts of me lost along the way more these days... it's a good thing, remembering, and not as depressing as it could be as i increase my energy level through exercise and in turn. increase my awareness as the higher energy levels open the shutters (what was that moody blues song?)... maybe this one... or the next... or another... maybe...
