not that i am opposed to ballet, but i did not feel like rushing out of wet clothes, rushing a shower, rushing dinner, and rushing downtown to find (or pay for) parking and then suddenly slow down and sit for a couple of hours... but it sure was nice of chaucer to think of me... chaucer is the friend who got the free tickets to man of steel last week and the free tickets to the lone ranger for next week)... i probably would have gone if i had more lead time, but just getting back from a jog/walk, the timing was not right... food and a calm relaxing hot shower, now that is right on time... especially since this was the first time back pushing the body again... the body will be stressed tonight as it recovers which often leads to headache and muscles stresses (like the neck)... so stay home and rest and continue the exercise tomorrow... maybe even tonight...

musical distractions
If people had visible signs or meters that told something about them, what would you want it to tell you?

all the previous poll votes were somehow erased, so, nevermind... ironically or coincidentally or whatever, the results were very close in practical numbers to the results above shown with just three votes, if you understand the mathematics behind that extrapolative reasoning... i will probably remove the poll at some point... it is a ridiculously useless feature...
