with all the encouraging words i gave myself this past week, it took nine days to get this body back out on the road and that sucks, but staying positive about it, i sort of jogged today... i went out for a walk, intending it to be a long slow pace due to the right foot issue and i saw the sky was threatening so i decided to jog for as long as i felt comfortable and did the first lap in 5:14, a new lap record, though i did not have the kick i usually have come the final lap... respectable though and a new 6 lap record as well... go figure, i definitely was not intending to push today... hot and humid... 87 degrees, 68% humidity, though it feels a lot more humid with heavy dark overcast right here... anyway, it was good (and about dam time) i got back out there and no more excuses... the foot and arm feel better after the exercise... must drop weight... must continue...

musical distractions
If people had visible signs or meters that told something about them, what would you want it to tell you?

all the previous poll votes were somehow erased, so, nevermind... ironically or coincidentally or whatever, the results were very close in practical numbers to the results above shown with just three votes, if you understand the mathematics behind that extrapolative reasoning... i will probably remove the poll at some point... it is a ridiculously useless feature...
