ok, then (or perhaps wow, even)

ok, then or ok, then often signifies something significant just happened and some sort of change or adjustment is underway or just completed... this may be one of those as a few private blog entries, which are personal communications between people who actually know me rather deeply or private communications with myself, were written since the last entry here... heavy, huh?... maybe... the heaviness is usually dependent on the recipient's reaction and the recipient has not reacted yet... my reaction, however, is heavy, huh?...

i took a whole lot of vitamins and suppliments this morning as i woke with a lot of mucous in my nose and this body is definitely fighting off the bugs that jackson brought back from jacksonville or from sanford's or from wherever they came from... she is sleeping in, feeling very poorly this morning... i hope not to let that happen... emergen-c and echinacea and garlic and regular vitamins and chromium (got no zinc, but it's in the emergen-c) and iron... and lots of water... hopefully this fight will be brief, cuz i feel the fatigue already...

i should probably eat something healthy today after the weekend pig-out party, aye?

back to the introspection now, i think...
