maybe i'll sleep tonight

the bug (virus, bacteria, whatever) that knocked jackson out completely for a few days and still has her weak, though she worked half a day yesterday and half a day today and played two innings of softball tonight, so she's ok and getting better... that bug has been bugging my body but i don't know if that's what is keeping me up, but between caring for jackson and happiness earlier in the week and the recent thoughts of gearing up a job search again and assorted other thoughts (loneliness, lack of intimacy of every level most especially someone who really knows me and shares unconditional trust {yeah, i don't ask for much, huh?}, financial stresses mostly from covering all the bills while jackson spends her money on other bills and other things, the arm aching, aging, the human race, the asteroid belt, legalizing marijuana, political corruption, corporate criminals, double standards, sarving children, paranoid megalomaniacal narcissistic people in power, car troubles, aging, excess weight, animal cruelty, child abuse, genocide, species suicide, the ailing planet, aliens, lack of exercise, and the end of the universe, to name a few) may have also have played a factor, but mostly it's the disrupted circadian rhythm and the bug...

meanwhile, time for softball :)
