tomorrow jackson wants to go to softball practice and then she's planning a surprise dinner birthday party so i decided i would try to get some sleep tonight so i ate the yummy dinner i cooked and now and zoning in front of the tv all hopefully about the banal fare provided by the tv programmers putting me to sleep soon... if i put the computer aside and stop reading and exploring the web it often works... or maybe i will try music, but then, the musical mixes and the thoughts of music mixes have been keeping me awake lately (did i list them on the list of some of the things keeping me awake in a previous entry?... yeah, well, it was an incomplete list) cuz i am excited about the power of words and music (songs) and also sad about the loss of the music trusted to others over the years which reminds me of how sad it is that i have lost trust in humans and maybe even myself which is the beginning of the end of hope and that leads to death fast, so maybe not music...
aalalalalaalalal... maybe i am not so savaged a beast as i once was...

If people had visible signs or meters that told something about them, what would you want it to tell you?

even though this post says it's april 5th, it's already april 6th and so methinks it's your birthday. so appy appy birthday to you, i wish you lots and lots of health coz it's the best thing to have, much happiness and joy, a good job soon and maybe some presents too, since you say there's going to be a surprise party. keep on living the good life. love, z.
ah, wunerful wunderful, you remembered... i should be sleeping so i can enjoy the day kackson has planned, but it's nighttime, after all, and we know how little i sleep in the nighttime when i do not absolutely have to... i should remember yourself, but a series of dates flash through my brain and no synapse is certain... may 24... july something... november... everything is a muddle... or are you within a few weeks of mine...
the fact is i celebrate being born every day... and i celebrate your being born every day... i learned as a child not to make much of birthdays because it wasn't until i was 16 that a girlfriend made a fuss and by then, it was just another day to this child...
it seems strange to jackson and to most people, but i will be happier when this day has passed...
i will enjoy being the center of attention as much as i am able and enjoy the spotlight moving on even more :)
