tripping over happiness

now that is a wonderfully optimistic title, though i am not actually referring to such an overabundance of happiness that i am tripping over it (not that i am unhappy, i am enjoying a massive extreme roller coaster these days, actually, so call me bipolar and stick a chocolate spoon in my mouth), rather, i am referring to happiness, the dog, sleeping right outside my bedroom door... he's an attention seeker even in his sleep, see, he's just like me, he doesn't want to miss a thing... i stepped over him and sat down here to write and he's still gone in slumber...

so good morning, of sorts... day two of my december 2012 vacation... since i did not accomplish any of the tasks scheduled for day one (i use the word schedule very loosely as i can do anything i want with the time off, after all, vacation is the key word in all this), so maybe i will get to the bank and post office and whatever else today... definitely drop the rent check off at the office though, that is as definite as walking with happiness in a little while... need to find a notary too...
