the dog, the car, and food

yes, so happiness was the first reason i stepped away from the last entry as he started begging for attention and to go outside more than usual even though he was out twice already today since i woke (and i woke around 2pm and there it was not even 6pm... it's just not in my personality to ignore someone for long partly cuz i really do not like being ignored (did i think the word hate there?) and cuz i care and caring doesn't ignore much...

and i checked on the car again (i had put a gallon of dex type anti-freeze and a gallon of water in it earlier) and then ran the engine for about ten minutes and it did not overheat)... i put some more water in it and went out to get the oil changed because it was down almost a quart of oil... never had that problem before the dishonest aamco of sanford ripped me off and broke parts of the engine (then tried to rip me off again for more work that was not necessary)... while walmart was changing the oil (it used to be a bargain there, but not any more) i shopped for some stuff and some food (i picked up one thing for happiness's stocking but did not get anything for jackson's stocking so i must get more tomorrow if the car cooperates)... the good news is the one mile drive did not overheat the car... so tomorrow i should test it on a longer drive (or just wait and drive the 25 miles in the evening and hope i get back for happiness?)...

food was good, mellow mushrooms subs, and bought a bunch stuff to cook this week... you can come over if you're in the neighborhood... just call first so i can clear off the couch and tidy up a bit...
