some sleep on the couch and of course woke when the arm moved, though i am sleeping without movement a lot more these days (as i used to when i was more physically centered than i am now... ah, so many chakras, so little juggling time)... woke sweating as i am wearing flannel pants and a northern heavy cotten shirt cuz i had the thermostate down to 65 yesterday and turned it off when jackson got home and it's been warming up here since) but before we wake the king, i shall slip into the bed (so i can get naked again, which is my personal sleep preference in case you haven't read that before and just had to know and didn't have time to read backwards in time) and attempt some early morning sleep which is the most fun of all for sleeping alone...
shhhhh, don't wake me...

If people had visible signs or meters that told something about them, what would you want it to tell you?

all the previous poll votes were somehow erased, so, nevermind... ironically or coincidentally or whatever, the results were very close in practical numbers to the results above shown with just three votes, if you understand the mathematics behind that extrapolative reasoning... i will probably remove the poll at some point... it is a ridiculously useless feature...
