the body is really annoying me lately, but i have no one to hold accountable but myself as it gets this way when i sit home doing little or nothing all day as too much rest, especially too much sitting in the recliner watching tv and tapping keys on the computer... the neck pains, the headache and queasiness, the general malaise, the aches and whining and feeling like it's the end of the world and why go on and all that depressive stuff...
really dumb, considering i know how it works... and even dumber cuz i know the solution is get up and get out and exercise and be alive as much as possible, physically... so consider this a reprimand... yes, well beyond self-mockery, true confessions, and oprah and the drs. phil, laura, and the rest of the drama surgeons disecting people's emotions on tv, i have slapped my wrist... even slapped the back of my head, gibbs style... abby would be proud... send in the cheerleader...
will i ever be seriously serious again?... seriously?

If people had visible signs or meters that told something about them, what would you want it to tell you?

all the previous poll votes were somehow erased, so, nevermind... ironically or coincidentally or whatever, the results were very close in practical numbers to the results above shown with just three votes, if you understand the mathematics behind that extrapolative reasoning... i will probably remove the poll at some point... it is a ridiculously useless feature...
