and the world is shiney today... the arm is still stinging hurting when i move it a certain way... it woke me a few times (so it wasn't just happiness that interrupted sleep) and there is a frontal lobe above=the-eyes headache going on as i wake, which is partly due to broken sleep (even though i am not really tired) and likely partly due to too much sugar yesterday and not enough greens and fruits and vitamin b and may also be due to eye strain as i don't rest my eyes much... the mood is bouncey without the physical energy cuz i am suppressing physical energy (which could also contributes to the brow-headache) because the arm hurts when i move...
find balance later... good morning now :)

If people had visible signs or meters that told something about them, what would you want it to tell you?

all the previous poll votes were somehow erased, so, nevermind... ironically or coincidentally or whatever, the results were very close in practical numbers to the results above shown with just three votes, if you understand the mathematics behind that extrapolative reasoning... i will probably remove the poll at some point... it is a ridiculously useless feature...
