almost didn't get out of bed, but knowing it was the second 4 hour sleep cycle since i laid down (went back to rem after the first one four hours ago... i sleep 4 hour cycles, usually, a sleep cycle defines as getting to at least one deep rem sleep cycles, unless i am in a hurry then i sleep 2 hours cycles or when i need a power nap i can get to rem in as little as fifteen minutes, but that is not ideal for the body's long term rest sleep rem needs) and so, i got out of bed... one reason i did not want to get up was the car, being that it needs a check up but there are very limited places to have it checked today or tomorrow and nowhere to check tuesday...
awake, however, i am... quite nicely, too (they call me mellow yellow, la la la :)
yay sleep :)

If people had visible signs or meters that told something about them, what would you want it to tell you?

all the previous poll votes were somehow erased, so, nevermind... ironically or coincidentally or whatever, the results were very close in practical numbers to the results above shown with just three votes, if you understand the mathematics behind that extrapolative reasoning... i will probably remove the poll at some point... it is a ridiculously useless feature...
