the pains were less, the downs were not as low, the lazies were more energized, the chores, well, i have a load of laundry going and i washed some dishes and i cooked chicken quarters and salad for dinner and lots of hopefulness was felt and hopefully showed through in today's posts so far...
the arm still hurts, though less and only when i move it a very specific way which is confirmation of a strain or slight tear in the muscle and i will need to be very careful... if i am wise i will find a way to wrap it... KT Tape is recommended, but finding someone who knows how to apply the tape properly is not likely before game time tomorrow... maybe i can ask someone at a store... or maybe jackson will be at the fields in time and willing to listen to how to do it... tomorrow...
otherwise life was a sweet day off from the rat race madness today so far... hope you are finding ways to enjoy your life and your challenges too :)

If people had visible signs or meters that told something about them, what would you want it to tell you?

all the previous poll votes were somehow erased, so, nevermind... ironically or coincidentally or whatever, the results were very close in practical numbers to the results above shown with just three votes, if you understand the mathematics behind that extrapolative reasoning... i will probably remove the poll at some point... it is a ridiculously useless feature...
