it was going so well

sort of... the body hope of dropping some of the weight and reducing the belly bloat and getting in better shape and all, but after a couple of days of eating lighter and dropping a pound or few, a whole pizza found it's way into the belly tonight... and for the record, digiorno italian style pizzaria crustis accurate if you consider papa john a pizzaria cuz it was a fair imitation of the kind of pizza papa john sells (or pizza hut or dominoes, for that matter)... in other words, not buying it again... the garlic bread crust is still the only frozen pizza i enjoy and that is only with a lot of extra cheese on it... but did i really need a whole pizza?... apparently, or not, but i did eat it anyway...

more assessing and catching up in other blogs, realizing six months and more went by without an entry in some of the blogs i felt like i was writing in much more often... the past six months went by like a blur for some of those blogs as i focused all of my energy in this blog and occasionally on facebook and other readings... so more catching up over the weekend to come, i expect... jackson is away with happiness and the tv is all sports all the time with the college football conference tournaments (and lots of surprises) and the baseball classic (the usa was sorely disappointing) and assorted other stuff... exercise?... keep car moving?... yeah, try not to forget... chilly nights, tomorrow... yeah...
