in the body and the mind... that is what happens when i exercise and the more i exercise, the more energy buzzes around and the better i feel on every level... so i am standing here bouncing to the music while typing whatever comes to mind and what is most evident to me is the attitude and perspective and energy... everything is more beautiful, more positive, more optimistic, with more potential and nuances and meanings and yes, repetition... but for those of us who find repetition fun, well, there's more fun too... and more, within the repetition are the nuances of meaning (every different word has multiple layers of meaning and when the mind is more awake they are clearer and richer and deeper and, well, everything is beautiful in it's own way, ya know?... there's always hope you know, ya know?...
even the meatballs taste better after exercise lol lam :)

musical distractions
If people had visible signs or meters that told something about them, what would you want it to tell you?

all the previous poll votes were somehow erased, so, nevermind... ironically or coincidentally or whatever, the results were very close in practical numbers to the results above shown with just three votes, if you understand the mathematics behind that extrapolative reasoning... i will probably remove the poll at some point... it is a ridiculously useless feature...
