i usually do according to people who have slept with me but today i know i am sleeping with a smile even though i have no external witness to tell me cuz the brain was smiling from social fun and games and yummies before i finally fell asleep a couple of hours ago and the body was tired just from being away (yeah, more exercise is on the mind... no resolutions, no promises, no expections {much}, just knowledge of what is best for the body and me and hope that i do it... feel free to encourage me all you want and i will love you even more :)

If people had visible signs or meters that told something about them, what would you want it to tell you?
