almost stumbling

out for a jog/walk for the fifth day in a row and not near a best time, almost a set back... 3-2-1 is certainly still the method to the madness... i was off stride today... many different factors contributed and we could saw i was thrown off stride by the factors the body blog has more but i was the one moving the legs and feet and controlling the stride, after all... anyway, the learning lesson for today is that i must increase focus and shut out external interference...

happiness is home... jackson was home too when i went out for the jog/walk but her doors were closed so i was not sure if she was sleeping or not... she must not have heard me when i called out to ask... saw her driving out as i was jog/walking... sigh, it is a bittersweet wonderful when a best friend falls in love and replaces you, ya know? :)

must wake earlier tomorrow... get to sleep earlier too maybe, but was asleep earlier than the past three nights, so more, sleep through the night... the neighbor's dog was left out on the porch past 1am and as it always does, started barking and howling which woke me since their porch is ten feet from my bed... it's a huge dog too, way too big for an apartment... if that dog does it again we will have to have a talk about the disturbing the peace law again... they are very lucky we are moving out... he's out there already barking and howling this morning... and no reaction from the owners... why they are not training that dog, or even react to it's barking and howling (especially when it becomes illegal noise) is anybody's guess, but they definitely did not think about how a huge dog like that would react in a small apartment... sigh, once again i find proof that most humans just don't think much...

so not the best start for a new day... luckily, i can do anything i want and relax and play with happiness and enjoy the time off one more day, which makes it beautiful :)
