and into the evening

once again the neck acts up shortly after eating... tonight i made light chicken and dumbling soup with a cut up chicken breast for extra protein and an onion roll for carbs and flavor... seems this weight dropping diet and daily exercise routine continued another day... feels good... and the chocolate milk has kept the edge off the sugar, carbs, and caffeine withdrawals.... haven't had choco-milk tonight yet, but maybe... if i keep this up for the rest f the year i may actually be in shape again... that's a long time... so lonely... no coaching, no cheering, no partner, no support network... time to text jane, she'll understand...

happiness enjoyed his dinner and all the walks... and the cleaning and grooming and loving... and maybe tomorrow i will consider giving him a bath... i also did all the dishes that have been sitting since last week... mostly lunch containers and cups and glasses... jackson is normal, using a different cup or glass each time she drinks something... so a dozen glasses appear in the sink after a couple of days... i prefer the less work less space path, using the same glass, plate, silverwear, etc... it takes up a whole lot less kitchen cabinet space, takes a lot less work to keep the kitchen clean, and keeps the kitchen much less cluttered and cleaner... seems logical to me... must be growing up in new york apartments...

no complaints though, she usually takes out the garbage... tomorrow i may start going through boxes and start the packing for the move... first i'll need to clean the area where the xmas tree was cuz that's gonna be the box stacking area... i've already set up the switch over for electric and scheduled movers... so things get done, even as i loaf :)
