food, fun, friends and most recently, food, football, fun, and friends... at least jackson is letting her love of football override her love of sanford and she came home to watch football with me... yay for a sports loving rommate... hey, yay for a roommate who is a best friend... i'd probably watch less football if she wasn't here (after all, she had to remind me the game was on tonight when she got home just as the game was about to begin... it's a good routine... dinner was yummy, though leftovers (still eating those meatballs... how old are they? lol)....
water (another day without soda), though there are still chocolates for dessert... increasing exercise must be coupled with decreasing fats and salts and sugars and portion sizes... one day at a time... one meal at a time... one drink at a time...

If people had visible signs or meters that told something about them, what would you want it to tell you?
