dear happiness bounces up as i stir cuz it is his time for food and out, or out and food, in his head as the sun is going down and he has but few motivations and needs... and the delicious sleep washes away quickly as the chill in the air stimulates the body and helps the sleep refresh the mind even more... and the evening ahead holds promise for good feelings, healthy activity, and relaxing fun as it is the start of a weekend and even though every day is a weekend for me, the weekend is still more energized because so many others are free from the rat race we so seem to worship and become addicted to, at least psychologically, in our culture... set me free, why don'tcha babe lol :)

If people had visible signs or meters that told something about them, what would you want it to tell you?
