still not updating?

well, i am now, but at the time this entry was written, the surprise in the title and below was genuine... i believe this one was yesterday afternoon too... yes, i was lost in a writing madness on friday... and wow, it has been a week, hasn't it... it's been a long time since i let a whole week go by without an update... must be the focus on the exercise and not sitting down much that plays a big factor there... i am typing words every day into a notepad as i move around a lot more... the sedentary lifestyle was getting to me, not that it was the cause for the dull dreary boring uninteresting mundane repetitive entries that have been flooding this blog for months or years even, but maybe a little (of course there may have been some brilliant gems tossed in here now and then too, but who would know?... someday my editor will come and select the best of and we'll publish and be rich and famous... or maybe y'all will just vote on the best entries over the life of this blog... has it been six years here?... now while some might say what a waste, others may not have read it all so let them decide for themselves, m'ok?)... was that a parenthetic aside?...

yeah, laughing at myself for the who-can-count-that-high time... it's really a very healthy exercise for the mind and body... everybody should do it... so feel free to laugh at me too :)
