i would be back to babble if the blogger-google post limits didn't stop me... but as it is i am just lollygagging through the weekend from a writing perspective... partly cuz i've not been home much and have been outside having fun with two parties and two softball games and cooking and cleaning and laundry and ... notice, no speed walking... yeah, i'm in my face about it... i know the right heel is showing signs of inflammation, maybe a planar fascitis, but don't as in DO NOT slide back this time... stop walking barefoot so much... wear supporting footwear and not just the moccasins that you always wear almost everywhere... take care of the body and do not sabotage this return to exercise dammit...
oh, well, i suppose i might be a bit distracted from babble by seriousness and focus and self-discipline and the potential loss of those things... so i am not sitting around just pushing energy into the brain anymore, i am determined more this time to not let the body die anymore... yeah, it's serious... yeah, i'm gonna live (or die trying)... all by myself, cuz that's how it is...
ok, no worries, we will be back to the silly babble eventually... with a fitter leaner body, if might even be better...
