so what i was saying

about an interesting night reminds me that i internalize just about everything so much, myc comments and perspective is almost always about me and i probably bored the heck out of most people who really don't care about the minutia that is life as i know it and i mean in the physical world even more than this online written description of the daily life... still, as i was saying (or actually, writing about earlier), the awareness of the world outside my head is increasing again as i find the desire to share more outside of my head in the physical world increasing...

so tonight another card party with another group of friendly people, the majority met for the first time... all were couples so it was a fun night even with a tinge of the lonelies because everybody else besides me and jackson were intimate partners and all i can do is not focus (like don't be so negative, cheh you know?) on that cuz otherwise it was lots of fun and the surface lonelies are much much less cuz of the social fun the past two nights... my friends, jackson's friends, the interaction is healthy and positive...

meanwhile, two hours sleep today, none last night, four hours sleep the night before, losing track of how many hours awake with just six hours sleep, it is time to find the calm within the storm and disconnect the wires (cuz as usual the brain is wired) and let the brain and body slide into deep sleep... i hope you are taking care of you and focusing on the positive too...
