after some time without chocolate syrup in the house, we have some again and the chocolate milk flowed tonight... yes, shopping happened today and more than $700 later, the house is about 80% stocked up with food that will last a couple of months, or at least an hour or few... irreverence, where have you been?... too many hours spent working and focused on others, not enough time taking care of me... the body lags behing the mind, but even the mind shows the effects and affects and a lot of other ffects from the devotion to others that drives the heart in this life... loving what i do does make it more challenging to remember to turn the focus back on me more often, especially when nobody else cares enough to focus on me (and so it's been for quite some time now)... a life alone can be quite self-destructive, even when it's just through casual neglect... being busy elsewhere... but i am still here...
chocolate milk reminds me :)

If people had visible signs or meters that told something about them, what would you want it to tell you?
