doctor in the morning

once again, i shall find my way to a doctor's appointment in the morning unless i sleep through it because i wasted my time earlier this week going to a doctor's appointment or because i seem to be wired and juiced and ready to stay up all night as just after midnight (just after the sugar bowl, to give you a sense of real time in spite of when this entry may be date stamped... or uploaded, for that matter), i spent a couple of hours developing a presentation for an outline for systems changes at work and then i started catching up on the entries you see before and after this one for about a dozen clicks in both directions, or maybe just a few until the rest are uploaded (or written, even)... i've been working from home some days in the past two weeks and all in all i've put in more work hours than i usually do because once i get started on something i tend to get lost in it especially when i am home and not distracted by all the questions and requests for help that come when i am at the office... so tonight i may not sleep which will skew my blood pressure and weight and the morning doctor's appointment will go on without the preparations i made for the last one...

there is still hope that the doctor in the morning will be one who listens and hears and responds with the time and kind of concern and answers i seek...
