a new year's pig out

the worst of it from a pure carbs standpoint is the extra huge chocolate frappuccino i made, but even more calories came from the turkey jackson cooked (not bad for her first time cooking a turkey) because i probably ate two pounds (and if not for the frap and the sugar bowl outcome and the hunger to share, i'd likely be fast asleep right now) with just a bit of asparagus and a bite of sweet potato and the bloat and the bloat and the bloat is back right on time (actually, perfectly wrong on time for the doctor's appointment i have in the morning as i probably put ten pounds on tonight and while much of it will be burned off with a few days of strict weight reduction dietary choices, for in the morning just five hours from the writing of these words, i will be heavier and likely have higher blood pressure than i'd like when visiting a doctor for the first time especially since i will not get much sleep... alas, the fool and his pleasures shall get me in all sorts of troubles sometimes... i did drop 17 pounds in 24 days before yesterday, so this big pig-out bump in the road can be smoothed out sure enough soon enough (as long as i survive the night)...

the words pile up, you see, when i don't let them out regularly, like daily...
